1. Scope

These terms cover the notchviber.com website and the NotchViber macOS application. By downloading or using the app you accept these terms.

2. License

NotchViber is free of charge and licensed under the MIT License. The source code and full license text are available at github.com/bindaksu/notchviber.

3. No warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. In no event shall the authors be liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from the use of the software, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health, remains unaffected.

4. Accuracy of usage estimates

Usage limit percentages shown by the app are local estimates derived from Claude Code transcript files. They are not Anthropic's official accounting and may deviate from it. Do not rely on them for billing or contractual decisions.

5. Third-party rights

Claude and Claude Code are products of Anthropic PBC. NotchViber is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. All product names and trademarks mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

6. Website content

Guides and comparisons on this site are provided for general information. Feature descriptions of third-party tools reflect their public documentation at the time of writing and may become outdated. Corrections: contact@notchviber.com.

7. Governing law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If any provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
